Cindy Khayat is a Social Worker with 25 years of experience and a lifelong student of the nervous system, presence, and becoming.
This journal was born from lived experience-through survival, healing, and the daily practice of returning to safety within the body.
Her work blends nervous system awareness with curiosity, compassion, and choice; offering a grounded path from surviving to fully participating in life. Healing is not about perfection; it is about rewiring, reconnecting, and learning how to return to yourself again and again.
